Thank you for shopping with Urban Aura. We have established this Shipping Policy to provide clear information about our delivery area, shipping methods, costs, estimated transit times, and the responsibilities associated with receiving an order from our online store.
1. Where Urban Aura Ships
Urban Aura currently provides shipping services within the United States only.
We do not ship internationally. Orders requiring delivery to destinations outside the United States are not supported under our current shipping arrangements.
All orders must include a complete and valid U.S. shipping address.
2. Domestic Shipping Choices
The following delivery services are available for eligible orders:
Express Shipping
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
Shipping cost: $15.00
Express Shipping is our faster delivery option for customers who require expedited service.
Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
Shipping cost: $8.00
Free Standard Shipping for $70+ Orders
When the qualifying order value is $70.00 or more, customers are eligible for FREE Standard Shipping.
Qualifying order value: $70.00 and up
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
Shipping cost: FREE
Free shipping applies specifically to Standard Shipping. Selecting Express Shipping will result in the regular $15.00 shipping charge, even when the order qualifies for free Standard Shipping.
3. Shipping Costs at a Glance
Urban Aura's domestic shipping rates are currently:
Express — 1–2 business days — $15.00
Standard — 3–5 business days — $8.00
Standard on orders $70.00 and up — 3–5 business days — FREE
The available delivery method and applicable shipping fee will be presented at checkout before the purchase is completed.
4. Preparing Orders for Shipment
Once an order is received, it may go through verification, preparation, and packaging before being released to the shipping carrier.
The time needed to prepare an order is separate from the estimated shipping transit period. Accordingly, the 1–2 business day Express and 3–5 business day Standard estimates generally apply after the package has been processed and transferred to the carrier.
Orders submitted on weekends or recognized holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
5. Delivery Estimates
Business days generally refer to Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and applicable holidays.
Shipping timeframes provided in this policy are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
Actual transit times can be affected by severe weather, transportation disruptions, carrier service interruptions, holiday demand, unusually high shipping volumes, or other circumstances beyond Urban Aura's reasonable control.
6. Accuracy of Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for reviewing their shipping information before completing an order.
Please ensure that the following information is accurate:

Street address
Apartment, suite, or unit number, if applicable
City or township
State
ZIP code
Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delivery delays, failed delivery attempts, or the return of a package.
If you discover an error after placing your order, please contact Urban Aura promptly. We will make reasonable efforts to assist if the package has not yet shipped, but we cannot guarantee address modifications once fulfillment has begun.
7. Tracking Information
Where shipment tracking is available, tracking details may be provided after your package has been dispatched.
There may be a short period between the creation of a shipping label and the first tracking update. Please allow sufficient time for the carrier to receive and scan the shipment.
Once tracking becomes active, the carrier's tracking service will generally provide the latest available information concerning the package's progress.
8. Unexpected Transit Delays
Urban Aura aims to provide a dependable delivery experience, but circumstances outside our reasonable control may occasionally affect shipping schedules.
Weather events, transportation problems, carrier network disruptions, seasonal shipping demand, holidays, or other unforeseen events may result in a later delivery than originally estimated.
If your package experiences a substantial delay, please contact us with your order details so we can review the available tracking information.
9. Returned or Undeliverable Orders
A package may be returned to Urban Aura if the carrier is unable to complete delivery because of incorrect or incomplete address information, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or another delivery-related issue.
If your shipment is returned as undeliverable, please contact us so we can review the circumstances and available options.
Additional shipping costs may apply if reshipment is required because the original delivery information provided by the customer was inaccurate or incomplete.
10. Delivered Packages That Cannot Be Located
If carrier tracking indicates that an order has been delivered but you cannot find the package, please check the mailbox, entrance, porch, reception area, or other secure locations around the delivery address.
We also recommend checking with household members, neighbors, property management, or the applicable carrier for further delivery information.
If the shipment remains missing, contact Urban Aura with your order information so we can provide reasonable assistance in reviewing the delivery.
11. Shipping Damage
Customers should inspect their packages promptly after arrival.
If your package or merchandise appears to have been damaged during transit, please contact Urban Aura as soon as possible. Keep the original packaging materials and take clear photographs of the shipping container and affected merchandise when possible.
Any request involving a return, refund, exchange, or replacement may also be subject to the terms of our Return & Refund Policy.
12. No International Delivery
Urban Aura does not offer international shipping.
Our current shipping services are limited exclusively to eligible addresses within the United States. We cannot fulfill orders that require delivery outside the U.S.
13. Shipping Policy Revisions
Urban Aura may revise this Shipping Policy when necessary to reflect changes in shipping rates, carrier services, fulfillment procedures, delivery practices, or other operational requirements.
Any updated version will be published through our online store with the applicable revision date.
